SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We use Australia Post Registered Post service for most deliveries Australia wide. We also use various courier/freight services for the delivery of bulky/heavy items.
With the exception of bulky/heavy items all orders will be delivered according to Australia Post delivery routes and schedules.

Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery of your order. If you are in need of urgent stock we can provide express shipping options.
The delivery times provided by Slush Sales are estimates only. Slush Sales will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Slush Sales does not ship outside of Australia.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.

Our Carton prices include freight within metro areas.
Rural, outer-metro and regional areas usually incur extra freight expenses, please contact us for a customised frieght quote.
If you would like to make an order through the website please follow the prompts at checkout to be 'issued with an invoice' we can then send you a quote with freight costs!
Alternatively please contact us and we can provide you with a shipping estimate to you address.
FREIGHT DEPOT COLLECTIONS!
In some instances 'non-metro' customers can save on additional shipping charges for slushy mix orders by picking up directly from the freight depot.
Simply select 'pick up and save' from the shipping options upon checkout.
We will contact you and arrange a time and location for you to pick up your order.
