Bunn® Ultra - Preventative Maintenance Kit

Every machine requires maintenance to keep it working properly and efficiently.

Your Bunn® Ultra slushy machine is built to run for many years non-stop without failure but for this to happen still requires routine maintenance!

The following is included in this kit:

• New hopper/bowl silicone seals (large white rings at the rear and the front auger seals)
• Auger shaft bushings and seals
• Light bulbs for the lids
• Faucet seals
• Special shaft lubricant
• Annotated installation instructions (see our maintenance video also)

Installation of this kit will eliminate leaky bowls and faucets caused by old seals. however most importantly the shaft seal at the front of the hopper will be replaced. Leaking of this seal must be avoided, once this seal leaks product will find itself inside the cooling drum and into the back of the machine leading to costly damage of many of the machines components.

We recommend you install this kit every 6-12 months or if your machine has been sitting idle for a long time. This will keep it running efficiently and allow you to avoid very expensive scenarios in the future!
