FREIGHT INFORMATION
We use various courier or freight services for the delivery of bulky/heavy items such as slushy mix and machines.
Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery of your order. If you are in need of urgent stock we can provide express shipping options. The delivery times provided by Slush Sales are estimates only. Slush Sales will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Please dont hesitate to contact us for more precise order delivery time frame.
We use Australia Post Registered Post service for small item deliveries Australia wide. These items will be delivered according to Australia Post delivery routes and schedules. Please visit the Australia Post website to access more specific delivery information.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address! Slush Sales cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses!

Australia Wide freight.
Eastern States Customers: Slushy mix orders are dispatched from our Burleigh Heads 4220 factory. Pick up available!
West Australian Customers: Slushy mix orders are sent all over WA from our Cockburn Central 6154 warehouse. Pick up available!
For Non-metro customers, we have a basic surcharge for non-metro areas which covers freight in most cases, however we may contact you if freight costs to your area exceed the allowance.
If you are unsure about potential freight costs, an order can still be made through the website, please follow the prompts at checkout to be 'issued with an invoice' we can then send you a quote or invoice with freight costs!
Rural, outer-metro and regional areas usually incur extra freight expenses, if you know it can be exceptionally expensive to get heavy/ bulky items delivered to your area please contact us for a customised freight quote.
