Strawberry Daiquiri

The Classic Strawberry Daiquiri.

6 x 2 litre bottles of Cocktail Syrup

4:1 mixing ratio.

Each 2L syrup base makes 10L of total slushy mix.

Just add 2 x 700ml bottles of spirit to complete cocktail mix (white rum)

Cocktails Mid Strength (3.6% - 3.8% alc/vol): 2L of Cocktail Mix, 1L of Spirits at 37.5% alc/vol and 7L - 7.4L of water
Cocktails Full Strength (4.9% Cocktail - 5.2% alc/vol): 2L of Cocktail Mix, 1.4L of Spirits at 37.5% alc/vol and 6.8L - 7.4L of water
Mocktails 2L of Cocktail Mix and 7L of water
